RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping costs. It will be processed within 5-7 business days. Follow the instructions below to properly return your order and ensure efficient processing.

  1. Get a Return Form: Please email us at customerservice@uomosport.com to receive an RMA Number. A form will be emailed to you, along with further instructions.
  2. Complete the form: Tell us why you’re returning the item and if you want to exchange, refund, or repair the item. You can fill the form out while online and print it directly from your computer.
  3. Get a Return Shipping Label: A return label will be emailed to you along with the return form. Fill in your return address while online and print it directly from your computer. You can just fold the entire printed page in half and tape it to the box. You can also use your own shipping label or the label provided by the freight company you are using. Our therapist says we’re too accommodating, but in this instance, we don’t think that’s a bad thing.
  4. Ship It: UPS, FedEx or the Post Office all deliver to our address. You can even dispatch a messenger to deliver it if you want. Be sure to include the completed Return Form or other instructions in the box. Please ship in a way that allows you to track your package because if we don’t receive it, we won’t be able to give you a refund. So it goes without saying, don’t entrust your delivery with the crazy guy on the corner who swears that he has forty toes. He’s just plain unreliable.
  5. Check Your Email: if you included an email address with your return form, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and credited. Your refund or exchange should be processed within a couple of days after we receive your package.

*International exchanges we are unable to cover shipping back to you, nor are we able to cover duties on the returning the new item to you.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Uomo Sport will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please send us an email at customerservice@uomosport.com.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

We will generally ship your order within 24 hours unless it’s a weekend or a holiday. If there’s a problem with your order and we anticipate a delay we will contact you through email.

A tracking number is automatically generated and then sent to your email given when we process your order. Domestic orders will ship the same day if received before 12:00PM Pacific Time M-F if item is in-stock.

We ship international orders by DHL. Select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Because shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your package, they can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided include all duties, taxes and brokerage fees; there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

DHL Global (available only for Canada and Australia)

  • Delivery occurs within approximately 7 to 14 business days; please note that it may take up to 20 business days, pending customs clearance.
  • Packages can be tracked at DHL.com.
  • Delivery will be made by a local carrier.
  • Shipping cost is based on size, weight and delivery location of your package.

  • Delivery occurs within 3 to 5 business days, pending customs clearance.

DUTIES & TAXES

  • Duties and taxes are included in the shipping-cost quote you receive during checkout.
  • The quote is based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order will ship. All shipping charges, duties and taxes, and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order.
  • If your order is undeliverable, or if you refuse delivery of an order you have placed, you will be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes. Shipping charges as well as duties and taxes are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.

ITEMIZED FEES IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping fees, duties and taxes, and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order. Shipping costs may include the following charges:

  • Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
  • Fuel: the additional charge incurred by the carrier to account for an increase in fuel charges (percentage of freight)
  • Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
  • Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
  • Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
