What's your Shipping Policy
Delivery
We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $200.
Orders under $200 are charged at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotions or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by courier delays outside of our control.
International Orders
International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to feel confident shopping with Uomosport.
If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Your original order number will be required to process the return.
Refund Timing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Items marked as sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards and select limited-release merchandise may also be non-returnable where stated at purchase.
How do I place a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@uomosport.com with your order number.
Once approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid USPS return label along with return instructions.
How do I pay with a gift card?
To redeem your gift card, just choose Gift Card as your payment method at checkout, and enter the unique code included in your gift card email. If the gift card amount is less than your order total, you'll also need to add an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance for the order. If your gift card has a remaining balance after your order is placed, you can use that amount on your next order, so be sure to save your unique code to use again next time!
Please note, gift cards are currently only available for purchase in the United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders, or American Express gift cards.
How can I make changes to my order?
Please email us at customerservice@uomosport.com as soon as possible if you would like to make changes your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships. You will also receive an order confirmation email with a link to check the status of your order.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, just enter it in the Discount Code field at checkout. If the code isn't working, it could be invalid, expired, or may have already been used.
